These General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the purchase of products via the telematic network on the website www.e -art.it, belonging to AP Decor sas of Molinari and C. , with headquarters in Nova Milanese (MB), Via Dante Alighieri nr. 6. The customer purchases the product, whose characteristics are illustrated on-line in the relative descriptive cards, at the price indicated to which are added the delivery costs specified on the site. (any cash on delivery charges are excluded). In the event that the customer chooses the method of delivery on delivery, payment must be made exclusively through cash or cashier's check, to be delivered directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods. METHODS FOR THE ERSERCICE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written communication to the address of the AP Decor sas of Molinari and C. by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the client in accordance with the provisions of this clause, AP Decor sas of Molinari and C. is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer. In particular, AP Decor s.a.s. of Molinari and C. will proceed free of charge to the transmission of the re-crediting order related to the cost of the goods shipped including shipping costs within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the right of withdrawal by the customer. This operation will be carried out by the credit institution issuing the credit card used for payment or by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer. AP Decor s.a.s. of Molinari and C. has the right to reject any product returned in a manner other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been fully paid by the customer, or have not been respected methods and times indicated for the communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In case of victory of AP Decor s.a.s. of Molinari and C. in a possible legal action, the plaintiff must reimburse to AP Decor s.a.s. of Molinari and C. expenses, including attorney fees and court fees, incurred by AP Decor s.a.s. of Molinari and C. for their own defense.
