How will you package my items?
We package all items carefully and use strong quality materials to prevent damage during transit.
How will you ship my items?
We will send your purchase by Express shipper. We use DHL, UPS, Bartolini.
How long will it take to receive my items?
We will ship your goods within 2 working days of receipt of payment and delivery to your door should be made within 5 days (in Italy).
What can I do if don't receive my shipment?
If you do not receive your paintings after 10 days from payment confirmation, please e-mail us and we will investigate your shipment and promptly reply back to you.
Does the shipping fee include insurance?
Partially. If your purchase is lost in transit, our shipper is responsible up to a maximum of 100euro. Further insurance is available on request.
Can I get a full refund if I am not satisfied with my paintings?
Yes. Your business is much appreciated and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 15 days from shipment date for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
How do I return the painting?

If the painting is in original condition, we will refund to you within 2 working days from the return painting is received.

I received my paintings, but there is damage.
Please contact us immediately, and send us photo of the damaged painting. We will contact the shipping company responsible and you will receive a refund from them. We do not accept claims for damage if contact is made with us later than 24 hours after receipt of paintings.
I received my paintings, but they're not the paintings I purchased.
Please contact us immediately, and send us photo of the painting. We will immediately investigate and send you the correct painting.
How do I return incorrect paintings received?
Please leave it in the original packing. We will contact our shipper to collect from your address.
I received my paintings, but I found minor grease marks or lines on them.
As our paintings are depicted using oil, it is possible, but uncommon, to have minor grease marks or lines left on them, and as such we cannot be held responsible for this.
